What is your return policy on sports equipment?

We offer a 90-day return policy on most items. Gear must be in its original condition with tags attached. Please note that used safety equipment, such as climbing harnesses and helmets, cannot be returned.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. We do not provide direct international shipping at this time, but we can ship to domestic freight forwarders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Are the products on your site covered by a warranty?

Yes, all products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a defect, please contact our support team, and we will help facilitate the warranty claim process for you.

Can I pick up my online order in-store?

Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. You will receive a notification email as soon as your gear is ready for collection at your chosen location.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Sports Basement digital gift cards.
